Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using ONEN OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ONEN OS is operated by ONEN LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
ONEN OS provides AI-powered operative deployment and management tools including chat, voice interaction through The Core, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use ONEN OS.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Your Data
You own your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently destroyed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ONEN OS. See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
ONEN OS is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

Privacy Policy

ONEN LLC ("Onen OS," "we," "us," or "our") operates onenos.ai.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it,
and your rights over it.
1. What We Collect
Account data. When you create an account: your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash - we cannot read it).
Conversation data. The messages you send to your operative and the responses it generates, stored to provide continuity across sessions.
Operative memory. Facts your operative learns about you - preferences, goals, projects, and context - extracted from conversations. You can view and delete this at any time in Settings > Memory.
Behavioral signals. Session timestamps, features used, response ratings, and engagement patterns. Used to improve the product. Never sold.
Connected account data. If you connect Google (Gmail, Calendar), Slack, or other services, we access only data necessary to fulfill your requests. Emails and calendar events are read in real time and not stored permanently.
Payment data. Handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status only. We do not store card numbers or CVV.
Device and technical data. IP address, browser type, and device type for security and performance.
2. How We Use Your Data
To power your operative - remembering context, generating responses, and improving over time. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To improve the platform using aggregated, anonymized patterns. To send account-related emails only - no marketing without your consent.
We do not use your conversations to train AI models that serve other users. Your operative's memory is yours alone.
3. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertisers. Third-party services we use:
- Stripe - payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Hetzner Cloud - infrastructure hosting in Germany
- DeepSeek API - AI model inference. Messages are processed to generate responses and not retained by the provider beyond the request.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner Cloud). Operative memory is encrypted at rest using AES-256. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Authentication uses HttpOnly, Secure cookies. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. If a breach occurs affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and all associated data, export your conversations and memory, restrict processing, and object to certain uses. Email privacy@onenos.ai to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
California (CCPA). You have the right to know what data we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interest. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be deleted after 30 days notice.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: an authentication cookie to keep you signed in, and a session cookie. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
8. Children
Onen OS is not directed at children under 13. Contact privacy@onenos.ai if you believe we have collected data from a minor.
9. Changes
Material changes will be communicated by email and by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs your use of Onen OS operated by ONEN LLC.
Prohibited Activities
- Generate or distribute illegal content of any kind
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or expose the underlying system prompts, model architecture, or internal configuration of any operative
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Use the platform to train competing AI models
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated scripts to generate messages at scale
- Attempt to access another user's operative or data
AI-Specific Rules
Your operative is yours. Its memory and responses are private to your account. You may not:
- Attempt to manipulate your operative through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or roleplay framing to violate these terms
- Use your operative to generate content that could harm others, even if framed as fictional
- Store false or misleading information in operative memory with intent to manipulate future responses
- Attempt to access another user's memory or conversation data
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination without refund. We will notify you unless legally prohibited.
